Patrons of the Prado Grant Distribution
Ten Balboa Park Museum Directors , their Board chairs and supporters gathered at the Mary S . Macy Sculpture Court & Garden in Balboa Park to receive grants from Patrons of the Prado , a non-profit that raises funds at its MASTERPIECE event , “ Under the Desert Sun .” The event netted $ 404,000 that was divided among ten beneficiaries . Event chairs Kimberly Alessio and Caroline Wohl along with their all-volunteer committee worked for nearly a year raising funds to support Patrons ’ beneficiaries !
