fun and imaginative soirée awaited guests at the K9 Soirée , “ Moonlight Masquerade : A Night in Venice ” to benefit San Diego Police Foundation . Honorary Chairs Barbie and Dan Spinazzola welcomed guests to an outdoor reception as Venetian-infused music filled the air . Guests delighted in conversations with the Chief of Police David Nisleit , his Assistant Chiefs and the K9 Officers while hearing inspirational stories of local K9 Officers and their courageous four-legged partners .
