Lunch Time
I usually go home for lunch and try to catch up on laundry and meal prep . I love to eat with my husband when he is not travelling and prepare healthy salads or sandwiches .
Evening and Dinner
We like to have an early dinner and Noah does homework before taking a shower . Dinner is usually some kind of protein like chicken , always with vegetables ( we eat a lot of greens ). I like to oven bake broccoli , my husband loves balsamic Brussel sprouts , but I still struggle to get Noah to eat any vegetables .
Bedtime Routine
We TRY to get to bed by 9 pm , but usually , it turns out closer to 9:30 on weekdays . On weekends , we like to sleep in a little but try to stick to a bedtime no later than 10 pm . Every night before going to sleep , we always pray and thank the Lord for all our blessings .
Staying busy and having a structured lifestyle works for me and my family , allowing us to stay productive while also spending quality time together .
