Junior Achievement ’ s San Diego Business Hall of Fame honors business leaders whose work has moved our community forward . To be inducted as a Hall of Fame Lifetime Laureate , an individual ’ s record of achievement must demonstrate : business excellence , courageous thinking and actions , vision and innovation , and inspiring leadership . Most importantly , Laureates are outstanding role models for our youth . This year Dr . Constance Carroll and David & Lesley Cohn were inducted into the Hall of Fame .
