Menorah Lighting - Celebrate the beginning of Hanukkah with an early evening Menorah Lighting , music and entertainment throughout the event ! The event will take place in the Central Promenade at Liberty Station on December 18 next to the Rady Children ’ s Ice Rink . Rabbi Zalman Carlebach with Chabad Downtown and Rabbi Yossi Tiefenbrun with Chabad of Pacific Beach will be in attendance .

December Nights - The annual tradition is back for 2022 ! The City of San Diego ’ s largest free holiday festival in Balboa Park , sponsored by SDG & E , will take place on December 2 and 3 . The family friendly event brings San Diegans together to enjoy the holiday lights , the sounds , the attractions and of course , the amazing variety of food stations .
