The Burnham Center for Community Advancement ( BCCA ) hosted a luncheon to thank past , present and future funders supporting World Design Capital San Diego Tijuana 2024 . San Diego City Councilmembers Raul Campillo and Stephen Whitburn attended and highlighted the international attention that San Diego Tijuana will receive in 2024 and the importance of our cross-border region . BCCA is a founding partner of the World Design Capital 2024 effort .
