VAPA Foundation wished a fond farewell to newly appointed US Deputy Secretary of Education Cindy Marten . The community joined forces to toast Cindy ’ s success in bringing the education reforms she has led in San Diego to the nation while supporting arts education in San Diego Unified School District through the VAPA Foundation .
