also worked on the development
of the Manchester Grand Hyatt
second tower, The Grand Del
Mar and Whitetail Golf and Resort
development in McCall, Idaho.
After working with Manchester
Financial Group for 10 years,
Eldredge started his own company
in 2009, EWE Capital, and began
acquiring his own properties.
He was recruited as President
of Alliance Diversified Properties
in 2011 and continued with the
company for seven years during
which he acquired office and life
science properties. In 2018, he
returned to Manchester Financial
Group to become President of
Manchester Pacific Gateway - a
$1.8 billion waterfront development
in San Diego.
