St. Baldrick’s Saturday
The Brickyard 20 Ale House is hosting a St.
Baldrick’s Foundation fundraiser Saturday. The
event will begin after the Emporia St. Patrick’s Day

Leprechaun Dash
Registration is open for the 5K run or walk race
called Leprechaun Dash, held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The start and finish location is the Town Royal,
Fourth Avenue and Commercial Street and registrations support the St. Patrick’s Day Committee charities. Registration is $30 for adults and $15 for youth

Annual St. Patrick’s Dinner
St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Osage City, will hold
an Irish dinner for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday featuring
corned beef, and cabbage, potatoes and gravy and
more. Adults, $8; children under 10 $4. All are welcome.
Seed grants
Volunteer Kansas is offering organizations in
Kansas the opportunity to apply for Seed Grants in
the amount of $500. Grants are given to help support
service projects that will engage volunteers. This is
the fifth year Volunteer Kansas has made Seed Grants
available.
