2 ways to take a screenshot 1st Way Snipping Tool 1. Click Start. 2. Search “Snipping Tool”. Remember not all computers have the Snipping Tool. To download on Windows Computers, Follow this link www.windows.microsoft.com/en-IE/windows7/products/features/snipping-tool 3. Click the “Snipping tool” under the filter “Programs” 4. Drag the cursor around the area you want to capture. 5. You can then edit it, draw on it and save it. 2nd Way Print Screen Note: Not all computers have this feature. 1. Find the “FN” button on your keyboard. It should be near the bottom of the keyboard. 2. Also find the “Print Screen” Button. On some computers “Print Screen” is noted as “PRT” Note: This does not print the screen; it just captures it. 3. Now that you have found your two buttons, hold them together at the same time. Make sure that you have the screen you want to capture open. Doing this will take a photo of the ENTIRE screen. 4. Click “Start” and search the program “Paint”. The program should be filtered under “Programs”. Click Paint. 5. Near the corner you should find a picture of a clipboard; captioned “Paste” which should look like this: 6. Then Save it as a JPEG.
