NORDIC WALKING: Nordic walking is a total body version of walking that can be enjoyed both by nonathletes as a health-promoting physical activity, and by athletes as a sport. The activity is performed with specially designed walking poles similar to ski poles.

CHOCOLATE

„ Happiness is a combination of chocolate and free time”. Do you agree with the saying? If yes, you must be one of the chocolate maniacs, chocolate freaks, one out of our big family. You don’ t need to feel guilty. Chocolate is not a“ dangerous calorie provider or your little, brown enemy. It might be your greatest friend if you know to eat it and if you are sensible.
First, buy dark chocolate with at least 70 % coacoa in it. Then, add milk, cinnamon, ginger, spices, milk and off we go!!! And don’ t forget not to‘ exceed the speed limit’. Chocolate understands but it doesn’ t forgive. So how many bars of chocolate are you going to eat this winter? Try this recipe and receive your surge of serotonin.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water until completely smooth( see step-by-step). Heat all of the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan until evenly combined. Remove from the heat and stir through the melted chocolate. Serve warm over chocolate pudding, vanilla ice cream or both!
