NORDIC WALKING : Nordic walking is a total body version of walking that can be enjoyed both by nonathletes as a health-promoting physical activity , and by athletes as a sport . The activity is performed with specially designed walking poles similar to ski poles .

CHOCOLATE

„ Happiness is a combination of chocolate and free time ”. Do you agree with the saying ? If yes , you must be one of the chocolate maniacs , chocolate freaks , one out of our big family . You don ’ t need to feel guilty . Chocolate is not a “ dangerous calorie provider or your little , brown enemy . It might be your greatest friend if you know to eat it and if you are sensible .
First , buy dark chocolate with at least 70 % coacoa in it . Then , add milk , cinnamon , ginger , spices , milk and off we go !!! And don ’ t forget not to ‘ exceed the speed limit ’. Chocolate understands but it doesn ’ t forgive . So how many bars of chocolate are you going to eat this winter ? Try this recipe and receive your surge of serotonin .
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water until completely smooth ( see step-by-step ). Heat all of the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan until evenly combined . Remove from the heat and stir through the melted chocolate . Serve warm over chocolate pudding , vanilla ice cream or both !
