Le musée Safia Farhat voit le jour
Douze ans après le décès de Safia Farhat , peintre , céramiste et tapissière de renom ( 1924-2004 ), un musée en son hommage voit le jour au cœur du centre des arts vivants de Radès . Cette initiative a été entreprise par sa nièce , l ’ artiste Aïcha Filali , directrice du Centre des arts vivants de Radès , fondé en 1982 et dirigé par la défunte artiste jusqu ’ à son décès . Inauguré le 9 décembre 2016 , sous le patronage du Ministre des affaires culturelles , le musée propose une série de tapisseries monumentales et de dessins de l ' artiste . Rappelons que Safia Farhat est diplômée de l ’ Ecole des Beaux Arts de Tunis , dont elle a assuré la direction à la fin des années 1960 . Faisant partie des premières femmes tunisiennes à mener une carrière artistique , elle est encore présente dans nos mémoires à travers ses fresques qui tapissent les murs de plusieurs établissements publics . Twelve years after the death of Safia Farhat , painter , ceramist and distinguished upholsterer ( 1924-2004 ), a museum in her honour is created in the heart of the Living Arts Centre in Radès . This initiative was undertaken by her niece , artist Aïcha Filali , director of the Living Arts Centre in Radès , founded in 1982 and led by the deceased artist until her death . Inaugurated on 9 December 2016 , under the patronage of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs , the museum presents a series of monumental tapestries and drawings by the artist . Safia Farhat graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Tunis , and then headed this school at the end of the sixties . Among the first Tunisian women to pursue an artistic career , she is still present in our memories thanks to her frescoes that cover the walls of several public institutions . متحف صفية فرحات يفتح أبوابه
بعد اثني عشر عاماً على رحيل صفية فرحات ، الرسّ امة ، والخزافة والمنجّ دة الشهيرة ( 1924-2004 ،) تم فتح متحف
. يحمل اسمها في مركز الفنون الحيّة برادس تكريما لروحها الطاهرة وعرفانا لما قدّ مته من أعمال في مجال الثقافة مقترح إنجاز هذا المتحف جاء بناء على مبادرة من ابنة أختها ، الفنانة عائشة الفيلالي ، مديرة مركز الفنون الحيّة برادس ، الذي تأسّ س سنة 1982 وتولّت رئاسته الفنانة الراحلة حتى وفاتها . يقدّ م المتحف الذي أشرف على تدشينه في 9 ديسمبر ، 2016 وزير الشؤون الثقافية ، مجموعة من المنسوجات الكبيرة والرسومات التي صمّ متها هذه الفنانة الرائدة في مجالها والتي تخرّجت من معهد الفنون الجميلة بتونس وأسندت إليها إدارته في أواخر الستينات . وهي تعد من أوائل النساء التونسيات اللواتي امتهن الفن ، وهي لا تزال حاضرة في ذاكرتنا من خلال رسوماتها الرائعة
