Each day, Jody eats one gram of protein for every one of her 106 pounds, which she gleans from protein shakes, chicken, spinach salad and fish. She doesn’t eat bread or any “whites,” like flour and rice. “I don’t have a wide range of diet, but I’m comfortable and satisfied with it,” she said. “I don’t care for red meat at all, so that’s not a problem, and if I have a drink, it is club soda and vodka.
