comfortable with that produces “no jiggles”
when she walks or runs.
Each day, Jody eats one gram of protein
for every one of her 106 pounds, which she
gleans from protein shakes, chicken, spinach
salad and fish. She doesn’t eat bread or any
“whites,” like flour and rice.
“I don’t have a wide range of diet, but I’m
comfortable and satisfied with it,” she said.
“I don’t care for red meat at all, so that’s
not a problem, and if I have a drink, it is club
soda and vodka. Wine has too much sugar.”
If she has a cheat meal or snack, it might be a
few M&Ms or a slice of pizza.
“I believe in the old saying, ‘You are what
you eat.’ It’s true,” she said. “You have to be
accountable.”
She keeps herself honest with a trusty
measuring tape, and if she finds she has
slipped up, she goes to her mobile “Lose-It”
program and makes adjustments to get back
on track.
