The Military Nudibranch (Phidiana militaris Alder & Hancock, 1864) was described originally
from India. It lives in the Indian Ocean and Western Pacific Ocean. Characterised by the bright
orange median line on the head which forks anteriorly, with a branch running up the anterior
edge of each oral tentacle. Length up to 2 cm. Depth 15-24 meters. Photo from the ship wreck
