In late May 2015 and June 2015 a Bateleur Eagle (Terathopius ecaudatus Daudin,
1800) was seen near Nachla in the Jerusalem (Judean) plains and Tarqumiyah
near Hebron, West Bank, State of Palestine.
It was officially the 11th record for Palestine and Israel.
