goers. The Old
Columbia Theatre
located in the Hill
neighborhood is now
a private paradise
owned by Frank
Schwaiger and Leslie
Laskey. Every now
and then, the couple
shares the home
with guests to raise
money for a good
cause. In October,
it will be the site
of a Landmarks
Association of
St. Louis fundraiser.
