WATCH YOUR FEET
Wearing the wrong shoes can be harmful to your health. According
to a recent study, more than one third of men, and almost half of
women admitted buying shoes that didn’t fit properly. Whether
shoes are too big or too small, they can hurt your feet and even
cause permanent damage.
Shoes that are too large do not provide the proper protection and
support for your feet. Likewise, those that are too tight or too
narrow can push your toes out of their normal positions, resulting
in bunions. Other complications associated with shoes that are too
small are blisters, hammer toes, calluses, athlete’s foot and heel
pain. Women’s visits to the doctor for foot and toe complaints

shoes, accessories and lifestyle products. “Wearing shoes that are
too large or too tight can lead to foot, leg and even spinal problems.
Rather, there are tons of great shoe brands out there that deliver
the fashionable styles you’re looking for, while also providing the
breathability, support, and cushioning your feet need.”
