There is probably nothing as nerve wracking for a man as the
moment he proposes to the love of his life. After a search for the
perfect ring and weighing options on the perfect way to propose,
Larry Pfeffer, who works at a financial firm in Clayton, chose a
Saturday in March at Vin De Set in Lafayette Square that included
a five-course dinner and a very special bottle of wine. The night
started with a couple of hours of food, chatting and nervousness,
then Larry got down on one knee and popped the question to
girlfriend, Lauren Telker, a St. Louis architect.
Gazelle photographer David Kilper was invited to discreetly capture
this special moment. Pictures speak a thousand words, and this is a
love story that we’re sure the couple’s families will love to see and
hear. She said yes!
