milk recipe as a tasty start to the morning.
Chocolate Banana Milk
8 oz. fat-free milk
1/2 lg. banana
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Place milk, banana and unsweetened cocoa
powder in a blender and blend until just
smooth. Enjoy! Serves one.
