Community Living , an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people with disabilities in the St . Charles County area , recently celebrated its 40th anniversary during the annual Legacy Ball . The event at the St . Charles Convention Center featured a fourcourse wine dinner , silent and live auctions , and live music . The organization also honored longtime supporters Rick Leach ( Legacy Award ) and Dave Bazzell ( Community Volunteer of the Year ). Proceeds from the ball benefit the more than 1,000 individuals and their families who are served by Community Living .
