Yves Klein, le théâtre du vide
Du 29 mars au 20 août 2017. Après la prestigieuse Tate Liverpool, BOZAR à Bruxelles accueille, ce printemps 2017, l ' exposition du célèbre artiste français Yves Klein. Klein s’ est fait connaître grâce à ses monochromes « bleu marine ». Comme nul autre, son art exprime l ' idée d ' une infinitude spirituelle et sa quête de l ' immatériel. À travers ses œuvres picturales et ses performances spectaculaires, Yves Klein est considéré comme le précurseur du happening et du body art. Se composant de chefs-d ' œuvre jamais exposés et d ' images rares, cette exposition se propose de vous faire découvrir l ' œuvre de cet artiste d ' avant-garde et les nouvelles perspectives qu ' il a ouvertes sur le monde de l ' art. Yves Klein, Theatre of the void
29 March- 20 August 2017. After the prestigious Tate Liverpool, BOZAR in Brussels welcomes the exhibition of the renowned French artist Yves Klein in the spring of 2017. Klein, famous for his ultramarine monochromes, produces works that are interpretations of his ideas on spiritual infinitude and his penchant for mystic rituals. His exceptional visual pieces and spectacular performances were forerunners of the happening and body art.
