Genau eine Woche vor der Berliner Parade zum
Christopher-Street-Day öffnen sich am 16. und 17.
Julie 2016 die Pforten zur beliebtesten Partymeile.
Unter dem Motto „Gleiche Rechte für Ungleiche!“
können sich die tausenden von Besuchern an den
Informations- und Verkaufsständen aus der lesbischschwulen-bisexuellen und transidentischen Szene,
Vereine und Verbände, aber auch von Unternehmen
die der Zielgruppeaufgeschlossen sind über Ihr
umfangreiches Angebot informieren.
Auf insgesamt fünf Bühnen wird im Schöneberger
Schwulen-Kiez ein buntes und abwechslungsreiches
Programm dargeboten. Bühnen sind u.a.
„98.8 KISS FM“ mit dem Beat von Berlin, die
„Connection-Bühne“ mit House und Techno,
die „FrauenLesbenTrans*Bühne“ und „Queere
Medien“ mit einem Mix aus der lesbischwulen
Kleinkunstszene. Publikumsmagnet des Stadtfestes
ist jedoch die „Hauptbühne“ Eisenacher- / Ecke
Fuggerstrasse! Auch gastronomisch können
sich die Besucher von den Szenebetrieben
kulinarisch in der Motz-, Eisenacher-, Fugger- und
Kalckreuthstraße verwöhnen lassen.

This year it‘s happening again! 450,000 visitors
over two days spread over 20,000 square meters.
Europe‘s biggest annual gay and lesbian festival will
be celebrated for the 24st time in Schöneberg.
Just a week before Berlin Christopher-Street-Day
parade, the popular party mile opens its gates on
the 16th and 17th of Juli 2016. In accordance with
this year‘s theme „same rights for different people“,
visitors have the option to purchase or simply
explore the broad range of offers from numerous
stalls representing the gay, lesbian, bisexual und
trans-identity scene. Clubs and associations will
be represented as well as companies that are openminded towards alternative life styles.
A colourful and diverting program will be performed
on five stages within the Schöneberg gay area.
Beside the main stage on Eisenacher Straße /
Fuggerstraße, which often turns out to be the
most popular attraction, there are stages by „98.8
KISS FM“ with Beat of Berlin, „Connection“ with
house and techno music, „WomenLesbiansTrans“
and „Queer media“ with a mixture of gay and
lesbian performing arts. For a culinary treat we
recommend trying one of the numerous bars, cafes
and restaurants in Motzstraße, Eisenacher Straße,
Fuggerstraße or Kalckreuthstraße.
