Eduardo Togi
For this edition we interviewed
Eduardo Togi, actor and
singer originally from Tampico,
Tamaulipas, who has captivated
us with his beautiful voice and the
work he has done on the small
screen, being Atrapada his most
recent acting project. We talked
to him about his career and the
projects he will be appearing in
next. Para esta edición entrevistamos
a Eduardo Togi, actor y cantante
originario de Tampico, Tamaulipas,
que nos ha cautivado con su
hermosa voz y el trabajo que ha
hecho en la pantalla chica, siendo
Atrapada su más reciente proyecto
actoral. Hablamos con él un poco
sobre su carrera y los proyectos
en los que lo estaremos viendo
próximamente.
How did your interest in acting
come about?
I used to live in the United States
in a boarding school, I loved
acting out all these films that they
played for us and imitating the
voices. When I returned to Mexico,
people started to recommend
me to the theater teacher at my
school, so she offered me the
lead role in a musical comedy.
I suffered bullying all my life for
being “weird" and I was afraid of ¿Cómo surgió tu interés por la
actuación?
Solía vivir en Estados Unidos
en un internado, me encantaba
actuar todas estas películas que
nos ponían y sobre todo imitar las
voces. Cuando regresé a México
empezaron a recomendarme con
la maestra de teatro de mi escuela
y me ofreció el protagónico de una
comedia musical. Sufrí bullying
toda mi vida por ser el “raro”
y tenía miedo de ser juzgado
