Qué hacer en Holbox
Thanks to its location, Cancun is
surrounded by some of the most
stunning islands you will find in the
Caribbean Sea. In this occasion we
want to put the spotlight on Holbox,
an island located northwest of Cancun
and a sanctuary to thousands of wild
species such as dolphins, pelicans,
turtles, flamingos and other exotic
birds.
Once in Holbox you don’t need to
worry about anything other than
relaxing and having a good time.
There are many hotels to choose
from, ranging in price and services,
including cozy beach cabins like the
ones Villas el Encanto has to offer to
higher scale rooms found in hotels like
CasaSandra.
Gracias a su ubicación, Cancún está
rodeado por algunas de las islas más
impresionantes que encontrarás en el
Mar Caribe. En esta ocasión queremos
poner el enfoque en Holbox, una isla

Walk a couple of blocks along
downtown Holbox and you’ll find
many restaurants for all tastes. One
of the main specialties in the island
is the lobster pizza, so don’t forget
to try the one Carioca’s has to offer.
Another excellent spot for dining is
Las Panchas, with accessible prices
and a delicious menu. And when night
comes the best place to be is The Hot
Corner, a bar with refreshing drinks
and live music during weekends. Camina un par de cuadras por el
centro de Holbox y encontrarás muchos
restaurantes para todos los gustos. Una
de las principales especialidades de la
isla es la pizza de langosta, así que no
