How to replace an ageing queen

o retain good performance in one's
beehives, ageing
queens need to be replaced
on a regular basis and as a
rule one needs to replace at
least 15% of the queens of
the apiaries annually. This can
be achieved in three various
ways.
K By physically cultivating
new queens from good
performing hives,
K By splitting strong hives

R15.00 per person over the
age of twelve. The hours are
08:30 until 17:00 on the
Saturday and from 08:30
until 15:00 on the Sunday.
