Commonly, people have a habit of starting all the important work at an auspicious time or else at“ Nekath Horawa”. It has been believed that doing activities like business transactions, marriages, purchases and so forth at an auspicious time, which was produced according to someone’ s birth time and location, will produce a favorable outcome. People also hoped that if a work is started without looking for a good time, or if the relevant time has passed and“ Rahu Horawa” or bad time has arrived, the work will stop incompletely and would bring out financial loss and loss in mental peace. People also look for“ Wasthu Dosha” after an architect produces the plan of a house or for proposed construction sites.

These beliefs and myths run back to a past where in which pyramids were built. Pyramids are the most fascinating ancient astronomical buildings, where astrology is an interpretation of astronomy. Astrology associated with the Great pyramid is the true astrology of ancient Egypt. Many architects and historians prove that astrology is composed of numerous mathematical proportions and ratios in architecture including π and φ.
The Great Pyramid of Giza is a huge structure taking up to 13 acres, and 50 stories high and for the first 3800 years of recorded history, it was the tallest building on the earth. The ancient entrance to the great pyramid of Egypt leads to a descending passage which is sited exactly to the North of earth, not to the magnetic North but, the true north. And it is sited more accurately than the Greenwich observatory in England or the Paris observatory in France. Hence, the edges of the pyramid face North, South, West and East exactly. The movements of stars like North star can be predicted and can be used to calculate precession of the constellations, for an example, to determine the period at which the earth transits from Pisces in to Aquarius.
The great astrologer Hipparchus discovered precession. But it was already built in to mathematical constants in the great pyramid. In 1865 Piazzi Smyth measured the circumference of the great pyramid. It was exactly 36524.2 inches, which aligns with the average length of a year, which is 365.24 days. Hence, whoever built the pyramids, knew how to measure the orbit of the earth around the sun, the fact that the earth is not flat, Sun didn’ t orbit the earth and most importantly how to construct

Jethawanaramaya is a stupa located in the sacred world heritage city of Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. King Mahasen initiated the construction of the stupa, and it was completed by his son king Keerthi Sri Megawarna. It is recorded in history as one of the tallest structures in the world having a height of 400 feet( 122m). The structure is no longer the tallest but it is still the largest with the base area of 233,000m 3.
Ruwanweliseeya, a stupa built by king Dutugemunu, reveals in recent discoveries that it is a giant energy storing device which exchanges energies with the skies above. According to a multidisciplinary investigation conducted by architect Shereen Amendra, the position and materials used for the construction were instrumental in creating giant size capacitor which exchange electric charges with the heaven above.
Mirisawetiya stupa is also another giant stupa in Anuradhapura. The above mentioned three stupas align with the three stars in the constellation of Orian. Similarly, the 3 pyramids at Giza plateau of Egypt are also perfectly aligned with the Orian’ s belt.
These earth and celestial duplications had intrigued researchers, architects and engineers for generations. Undoubtedly Sun, stars, and constellations have a great influence on our life. If so, don’ t you think disciplines of astrology should be combined with civil engineering sciences to create a peaceful and spiritual tomorrow.
