Where Mrs. Ream is experienced in restoring ceramic, papers, and various other mediums, her specialty is in restoring old books and documents. Having worked with major food companies, including Campbell Soup Company, Best Foods/CPC and HJ Heinz, she was instrumental in portraying to our students the importance of food safety and quality. Ms. Mayer also works with local colleges to educate students on food science and food industry careers.
