Editor's Letter
Welcome to the first edition of our Gastronomy Abroad Magazine; Gastronomy Times - a new initiative by the Gastronomy Elective at Hotelschool The Hague.
This digital magazine will serve a dual purpose; first, as an educational guide and secondly, as a visual representation of the collective experience of all of the students who have participated in this project.
We hope to guide you on a journey through incredibly diverse Peruvian food and its vibrant culture, through the eyes and ears of the students. Each piece has been specially crafted by students who traveled to Peru.
All moments described and expressed visually in this magazine have been captured by students.
On behalf of all the students on this trip, I hope you will enjoy the finalized version of this magazine.
