Rustica is an owner-operated, independent bakery offering European-style breads, pastries, cookies, and desserts – all made on site. They use the best ingredients in our baked goods, from the flour, butter, and sugar to the seven types of chocolates.
Different chocolates are specifically picked for the Bittersweet cookies, Flourless Chocolate Cake, chocolate croissants, chocolate tarts and cakes, and more. They embrace time-honored techniques, never cutting corners and never doing things the quick and easy way. These efforts are evident in the results; when you bite into a crisp baguette, a flaky, tart Lemon Danish or a zingy Ginger Cookie.
Breads, from light and crisp to darker, heavier loaves. Baguette and Rustic breads go well with any meal, but also try our hearty Miche, a dark bread with a thick, old-world crust; it’s made daily with raisins and walnuts. They’re happy to give you samples of any bread.
Fancy French
When it comes to the sweeter side of life, their frangipane is flawless. Crispy tart shell, sweet, soft almond center and whatever seasonal fruit is available.
