Edgewater Hotel’s upscale eatery Six Seven has
garnered much praise and a slew of prestigious
awards, including the Hospitality Excellence
Award 2011 from the International Food, Wine
and Travel Writers Association. The innovative
menu draws references from Pacific Northwest,
regional American and pan-Asian flavours, and
offers some of the best seafood concoctions in
town. Under the direction of executive chef
Jesse Souza, seasonally rotating menus include
seared diver scallops, miso black cod with baby
bok choy, and cedar plank salmon with truffle
cream and blackberry honey.
