ST. REGIS ABU DHABI
Rhodes 44, the capital’s first restaurant by the
Michelin-starred celebrity chef Gary Rhodes, has
opened at St. Regis Abu Dhabi. Overseen by head
chef Paul Lupton, an acclaimed star on the British
culinary scene, the menu offers reinventions of
classic British and European dishes, complemented
by Arabian influences. Gastronomic highlights
include watermelon, feta and almond salad,
Asian-inspired seared sumac and pistachio king
prawns; and pan-fried salmon with flageolet beans.
Guests can also select from an exclusive Executive
Menu, and ‘The Daily British Classic’ menu
featuring British staples; and can choose to dine
inside the colourful restaurant or al fresco on
the spacious garden terrace.
