JOINS SKYTEAM
Dear Valued Customers,
As Garuda Indonesia continues to fly from
one milestone to another, March 2014 is a
month that promises to provide yet another
momentous occasion for Garuda Indonesia.
After lots of preparation and hard work
from our dedicated team, Garuda Indonesia
will officially become a member of the global
SkyTeam alliance, along with another 19
major airlines from all across the world,
ensuring that Garuda Indonesia is at the
forefront of the airline industry. Indeed,
joining SkyTeam provides added value, not
only for Garuda Indonesia, but more
importantly, for our loyal customers.
Together with the 19 other SkyTeam
members – which have extensive networks
spreading right across the globe – our
passengers will be able to fly to 1,064
unique destinations in 178 countries
around the world, served by the SkyTeam
member airlines.

Our passengers are also able to enjoy access
to the “SkyTeam Lounge” which is available
at more than 550 destinations serviced by the
SkyTeam network of airlines, and also
redeem mileage gained from flights with
other SkyTeam member airlines.
Garuda Indonesia joining the SkyTeam global
alliance marks another milestone, which is in
line with our mission to fortify our position
as a global player. At the same time, we are
also glad that as a direct result of this
achievement, we will be able to provide an
even more comprehensive, seamless service
for our dedicated passengers.
