In celebration of its 100 th
year, MIDO presents the
Commander Shade Special
Edition. This is a special
version of the latest
Commander, one of the
iconic masterpieces from the
exclusive watch manufacturer
from Switzerland.
MIDO has been producing the Commander
non-stop since 1959. After nearly six decades
of Commander watches, now, for the first
time, the Commander Shade comes in rose
gold PVD. This watch has an elegant polished
round monocoque frame with a streamlined
design protected by acrylic crystals.
With a diameter of 37mm, the dial of the
watch is inspired by a model made in 1979,
and it is smoked and sunray satin-finished.
The touch of dark grey and silver on the
dial makes the design of the Commander
Shade Rose Gold PVD elegant and
incomparable. Equipped with a classic
Milanese mesh bracelet, the timepiece
is also very comfortable to wear.
Perfected with the automatic ETA 2836-2
movement, it has an aperture at three o’clock
