First of all, on behalf of the management of
Garuda Indonesia, I would like to welcome
you all on board and I hope you enjoy your
flight today with Garuda Indonesia.
As we enter the month of Ramadan
1437H/2016M, allow me to take this opportunity
to also extend my warmest wishes to all of our
valued Garuda Indonesia customers who are
fasting throughout this blessed month.
During this fasting month of Ramadan,
we have made modifications to several on-board
menu items and other services to suit the
atmosphere of the holy month, and we hope
that you enjoy these adjustments.
Furthermore, we also want to inform you
that in line with our company development
programme being implemented – ‘Sky Beyond’
– Garuda Indonesia has successfully achieved
various national and international milestones
in the first semester of 2016, including ‘Asia’s
Most Powerful Brand Awards’, which was
presented by MarkPlus Inc. in cooperation
with Nikkei BP Consulting Japan.

In addition, we also received recognition
for the efforts of Garuda Indonesia in leading
sustainable growth and maintaining a positive
image with the title of ‘The Most Admired
Companies’ from Warta Ekonomi bestowed
on the airline for an eighth consecutive year.
Through the ‘Sky Beyond’ programme, the
company developments that we’re implementing
are focused on three key areas, namely service
quality enhancement as ‘the most caring airline’,
Return Maximisation, and synergy among the
Garuda Indonesia Group.
It is certainly clear to us, however, that the
milestones that we achieve are inseparable
from the unwavering support that we receive
from you, all of our valued Garuda Indonesia
customers. This is what makes us proud and
what inspires us to continue to give our best
efforts in maintaining and enhancing growth
as well as service to our customers.
