GarudaPriority Service
GarudaPriority Service is a priority
service offered by Garuda Indonesia
to Economy Class passengers, to
facilitate their outward journey from
Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport
and to enable them to enjoy a special
experience. Passengers can obtain this
service by making an advance payment. Passengers wishing to use the
GarudaPriority service can do so at
the Garuda Indonesia ticket counter
in Terminal 3 at Soekarno-Hatta Airport,
Cengkareng. Passengers can then
check in at the Premium check-in counter
where they will be given a boarding pass
with a GarudaPriority stamp.
There are four benefits available
to passengers who purchase
GarudaPriority Service: GarudaPriority Service
1. Priority during the check-in process,
meaning that passengers are not
required to queue together with
the other passengers;
2. Priority during security checks
because passengers are given
priority access through a special lane;
3. Priority during boarding.
Passengers are also at liberty
to use overhead compartment
space for storing their luggage;
4. Priority in baggage handling,
enabling passengers to collect
their luggage more quickly
at the destination airport.
GarudaPriority Service adalah layanan
prioritas dari Garuda Indonesia yang
ditawarkan kepada para penumpang
di Economy Class untuk mendapatkan
kemudahan proses perjalanan saat
berada di Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno-
Hatta sebagai bandara keberangkatan
serta untuk merasakan pengalaman
istimewa. Layanan prioritas ini bisa
didapatkan penumpang dengan cara
melakukan pembayaran di awal.
Ada empat manfaat yang langsung
diperoleh penumpang bila membeli
GarudaPriority Service, yakni:
1. Diprioritaskan saat proses check-in,
sehingga penumpang tidak perlu
berlama-lama antre bersama
penumpang lainnya;
2. Diprioritaskan saat proses
pemeriksaan keamanan karena
memiliki akses prioritas pada
jalur khusus;
3. Diprioritaskan saat proses boarding.
Selain itu, penumpang juga bebas
menggunakan ruang overhead
sebagai tempat menyimpan bagasi;
4. Diprioritaskan dalam penanganan
bagasi, sehingga penumpang bisa
lebih cepat saat mengambil bagasi
di bandara tujuan.
Untuk mendapatkan GarudaPriority
Service, penumpang dapat membelinya
pada loket tiket Garuda Indonesia di
Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno-Hatta,
Cengkareng. Kemudian penumpang
melakukan check-in di konter Premium
Check-in dan menerima boarding pass
dengan cap GarudaPriority.
