Welcome on board ! February is the time for a little romance , and we certainly fall hard for the places we explore this month . First , we take you to Japan to prepare you for the cherry blossom season that will begin next month . During this season , Tokyo ’ s parks will be filled with merry picnickers , Kyoto will take on a seasonal tone of pink , and Nara will offer the most stunning spring sights . From Japan , we fly to Harbin , China ’ s coldest city , to celebrate what remains of winter . Ice and snow are celebrated here to such an extent that the city has its own annual ice and snow sculpture festival ! Back home , we explore the maritime glory of Makassar , Indonesia ’ s most important port city in the east , before heading to Raja Ampat , where we find some of the world ’ s richest marine life .
Selamat datang di Garuda Indonesia ! Februari adalah bulan penuh cinta , dan kami pun jatuh cinta pada sejumlah tempat yang kami angkat pada edisi ini . Kami mengajak Anda terbang ke Jepang untuk menikmati musim mekarnya sakura yang akan berawal bulan depan . Selama musim tersebut , taman-taman di Tokyo akan dipenuhi pengunjung yang berpiknik , nuansa merah jambu akan menyemarakkan Kyoto , dan panorama musim semi yang memanjakan mata akan menghiasi Nara . Dari Jepang , kami lanjut terbang ke Harbin , kota tertua di Tiongkok , guna merayakan berakhirnya musim dingin . Es dan salju disambut cukup meriah di kota ini , sehingga festival ukiran es dan salju pun diadakan khusus setiap tahun di sini . Sementara itu , di dalam negeri , kami menjelajahi kejayaan bahari yang dimiliki Kota Makassar , salah satu kota pelabuhan penting di timur Indonesia . Perjalanan kami akhiri dengan berkunjung ke Raja Ampat , tempat keragaman biota laut terkaya di dunia .
