choices, including alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic drinks and
Garuda Indonesia Signature Drinks.
Wine and Champagne
To cater to the diverse and refined tastes of
our passengers, Garuda Indonesia serves its
selection of alcoholic drinks (except on Middle
Eastern routes) in its First Class, Business Class,
and Economy Class. Alcoholic drinks include
champagne, red wine, white wine, dessert wine,
sake and more. Many of the beverages offered
are Gold and Bronze medal award-winning
choices as bestowed by the Cellars in the Sky
awards 2014–2015, held by Business Traveller
magazine in London. Award-winning wines at
the Cellars in the Sky 2014 awards include 2009
Domaine Marc Morey & Fils, ChassagneMontrachet Premier Cru En Virondo,
Burgundy, France, as the Best First Class
White Wine – Gold Medal, and 2011 De Bortoli
Noble One Botrytis Semillon, Riverina,
Australia, as Best Business Class Dessert/
Fortified Wine (Joint). Award winners at Cellars
in the Sky 2015 include 1999 Billecart-Salmon
Cuvee Nicolas Francois Billecart, France, the
Best First Class Sparkling Wine – Gold Medal.
To continuously improve service and offer
the best wines, Garuda Indonesia has
initiated a blind taste test programme for
the champagne and wine selections for the
period 2017 to 2019 for First Class, Business
Class and Economy Class. To ensure the best
results, our panellists include sommeliers
and wine experts from certified organisations
such as the Indonesian Sommelier
Association (ISA) Jakarta Chapter, and
Chainé de Rôtisseurs Wine Experts.
Garuda Indonesia Signature Drinks
If you prefer a non-alcoholic beverage,
Garuda Indonesia also provides a wide range
of fresh juices, coffees, teas and soft drinks
in all classes. However, if you’re feeling
adventurous and want to try some traditional
Indonesian drinks, we also have you covered
with our Garuda Indonesia Signature Drinks,
such as Martebe, a refreshing mixture of
exotic Indonesian fruits – passion fruit and
tamarillo – served on all First Class and
Business Class for international and domestic
routes. Kedondong juice is another all-natural
elixir that is refreshingly tart and sour, and
comes with many health benefits. This drink
is served only on international First Class
routes. Traditional wedang jahe (ginger and
lemongrass combo) and es campur (ice with
mixed fruit) are also available in First Class.

ingin mencoba minuman khas Indonesia,
kami juga menyediakan minuman favorit
kami, seperti Martebe, campuran Markisa
dan Terong Belanda, yang disajikan pada
penerbangan First Class dan Business Class
baik rute internasional maupun domestik.
