Nathan Price (Police) was elevated to Police Officer II in June 2019. Ethan Ramsey (Police) was elevated to Police Officer II in January 2019. Richard Roach (Police) was elevated to Senior Officer in December 2018. Nick Robbins (Police) was elevated to Police Officer II in July 2019. Trey Robinson (Police) was elevated to Senior Officer in January 2019. Michael Simon (Police) was elevated to Police Officer II in January 2019. Will Simpson (Police) was elevated to Police Officer II in January 2019. Bobby Wilder (Police) was elevated to Police Officer II in August 2019. Adam Wolfe (Police) was elevated to Senior Officer in March 2019. SPECIALIZED ASSIGNMENT SELECTION The following personnel participated in competitive selection processes and were selected to specialized positions in the department: Andrew Bauer (Police) was selected as a K9 Officer in March 2019. Greg Holding (Police) was selected as a Traffic Safety Officer. Mitch Lanphier (Police) was selected as a General Investigator and a Crisis Negotiator. Patrick McGuire (Police) was selected as a Traffic Safety Officer and a Crisis Negotiator. Trey Robinson (Police) was appointed to the DEA Task Force. Tyler Rose (Police) was selected as a Platoon Leader. Tyler Rose was selected as a Platoon Leader in 2019. William Simpson (Police) was selected as a Traffic Safety Officer. Bert Walker (Police) was selected as the Police Training Officer. Bobby Wilder (Police) was selected as a General Investigator. SIGNIFICANT EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING ACHIEVEMENTS The following personnel successfully completed significant education and/or training programs: Andrew Bauer (Police) received his Intermediate Law Enforcement Certificate. Chad Gorman (Police) received his Intermediate Law Enforcement Certificate. Jason Jones (Police) completed the West Point Leadership Program through Methodist University in April 2019.
