Our Mission and Values
Innovative outreach such as barbershop conversations are an essential part of our commitment to the community.

N THE SPRING OF 2010, an employee committee was tasked with developing
and implementing a mission statement and set of values that represent
who we are as a law enforcement agency, what role we play in the Garner
community, and what values we embrace and use in making day-to-day
decisions. The committee received feedback from all employees and developed the
department’s mission statement.
