ARISE: Journey League Basketball
ARISE( Adaptive Recreation and Inclusion Services for Everyone): Journey League Basketball is an adaptive basketball program for participants with special needs to play a team sport in a self-esteem-building environment. Athletes will have the opportunity to learn new skills and the fundamentals of basketball through drills and fun adaptive games. Participants should wear gym clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. Personal Assistants are welcome. Participants will receive a team shirt if they register by September 15 for the fall season or January 15 for the winter season.
