However, now that Murray has matriculated
from Rondebosch Boys High, he is set for a
gap year in England where he will play cricket
and squash and aim to forge out a sporting
career. A left handed batsman and right arm
bowler, Murray (19) has played for Cobras
Cubs and Western Province U/19s where he
has honed his skills.
Murray has played for South Africa’s U/19
cricket side and just missed out on the final
SA squad that struggled to perform at the
U/19 World Cup recently in Bangladesh.
