Goaltending continues to be a hot development topic and a booming industry for service providers offering consulting and coaching for young goaltenders. The challenge Hockey Canada and Hockey Manitoba have faced over the last decade is providing a distinct development model for goaltenders and trying to ensure that minor hockey coaches as well as third-party vendors are all on the same page as to what’ s most important at what ages.
