What Marion brings to the campaign is special. He represents the large category of leaders that refer to themselves as Serial Entrepreneurs. These leaders always have a project in mind and are driven by a fierce desire to create. "I am the jack of all trades. You tell me something and I feel I can line up and do it, I’m knocking that out. Then you will see me next week and I'll probably be telling you  'I got my license in that'. So, whatever it is, I'm going to knock it out." What some may classify as indecisiveness is really what differentiates the serial entrepreneur from the entrepreneur: the passion for business creation. He loves new opportunities and the excitement of producing more than ensuring the day-to-day management of a business. It is not the money that drives individuals like Marion, but the challenge of success, the frantic pace of creation, the excitement of something new. "My personal definition of success is when you look back, Are you happy with everything that you have done? Can you do everything you want in the future? Can you do everything your wife and kids want to do? Even if I am only making $100,000 a year. To be able to do whatever I want or whatever my family wants to do and provide, that's success." When it comes to romance, Marion's personal brand identity as The Perfect Gentleman says it all. A brand where the mission is to ensure that women everywhere are aware of their right to not only be loved but also experience the highest standards of love,  romance, and affection, no matter what their race, religion, size or  status. "I am always a gentleman", Marion states, "that is who I am as a person. There is nothing that can negatively affect how I interact with women. Even if she dissed me I would simply say, 'Okay love' and that would be it. I would never call a woman out her name or anything like that". On a scale of 1 to 10 in the romance department, Marion isn't shy in saying he gives himself a 10! "When I get into a romantic mode, I’ll do little cute things like drawing a bath filled up with flowers. You know little corny stuff. I'm corny, I’m a little corn ball.", he laughs. With all that he has going on from, modeling, to acting, and traveling for work, having someone in his life that can handle it all is important. When it comes to the most important qualities and traits Marion values in a woman, it's pretty simple. "Someone who is openminded and understanding and versatile. You also have got to have a lot of confidence as well." To preserve their own motivation, entrepreneurs like to surround themselves with equally inspired and capable individuals. "Usually the type of women that I associate or deal with have their own things going on. She would need to have the hustle and drive to bring in something. She would add on to our wealth and ultimately our success." When asked if wedding bells were in his future, Marion was pretty honest. "I'm still trying to figure that out. Marriage has always been something I wanted definitely, but as I get deeper in this life, I sometimes wonder if you can be happy and not be married. Do you have to go through that marriage phase? I know everyone is brought up believing this is the traditional thing to do.  I would get married because of my religious beliefs. At times I tell myself 'If I were to get married, it would be just me and her along with the Pastor before the Lord as we go about our business and live our lives'. Then there are other times where I want to go all out and have a destination wedding. But one day its going to come and I will get married." To be who he is today, Marion had to learn to overcome the opinions of other people. "Everybody has an opinion like “oh not you shouldn’t do that” or 'You should do it like this or like that'. But I had to learn sometimes to do things the way that's best for me."  While he is open to constructive criticism and helpful suggestions, he realizes that at the end of the day, you answer to you. "Some people give their opinions to other people and they will change up their whole flow. Overcoming the need to listen to what people think is big because you just can’t please everybody" Marion believes that a Man With Vision is a man with a plan. "A Man With Vision is a powerful man. Once he has the vision, sets his goals, and has a game plan whether a, b, and c., all he has to do is make a decision, stick to it and ride that horse to turn that vision into a reality" Learn more about Marion at MarionMouton.com "My vision is not just a vision for me. It’s a vision for everyone in my bubble, everyone on my team and anyone who is on that route with me". GAME CHANGERS MAGAZINE    |    25
