That’s one hell of a lot of storage, SanDisk. Don’t you hate running out of space on your SD cards? It’s bad enough when it’s just pictures, but it gets worse when it’s video or music. I know it's becoming a real pain to move stuff around on both my smartphone and tablet just to make sure everything fits. And that’s why SanDisk has created a 400GB MicroSD card. The Ultra microSXDC USH-I is the largest memory card in the market. And yet, it’s as tiny as any other micro SD card. And according to the company, it’s got a transfer rate of 100MB/s. The line also comes in smaller sizes, but the maximum is the impressive part. Hell, it puts the onboard memory of several common devices to shame. And at $250, it’s a fairly reasonable price for that kind of utility. It's funny to think how far things have come in such a short time. I still remember when USB sticks were 256Mb on avergae and still have a stack of six or so hard drives that don't even come close to 400GB all together You can currently order this little beauty over on the SanDisk’s site, though I’d guess the usual suspects will get to stocking it eventually. Amazon Purchases Whole Foods  Maybe we won’t have to call it Whole Paycheck anymore? Amazon just closed a deal to acquire Whole Foods, and you can already see the difference in pricing. Organic produce has had its prices cut nearly in half from what they once were. Staples like milk, eggs, meats and the like; thoroughly reduced in price. As a matter of fact, Whole Foods may well now be priced competitively. Which is a total 180 from what it once was. As a matter of fact, many of the store chain’s employees worked late to make sure all of the signage reflected the change of pricing on time. So long, Asparagus Water; you weren’t good for a damn thing. Yes, that was an actual thing that was sold in a California Whole Foods store, because we California's know no bounds when it comes to stupid thing to waste you money on. Whole Foods themselves stated that "The product was made incorrectly and has since been removed from the one store where it was carried." It certainly seems like Amazon’s acquisition of the chain is going to do them wonders. At the very least, Whole Foods is less likely to Hoover several hundred dollars out of your pocket next time you go. 23 GAMBIT | SEPT/OCT | 2017 SanDisk Now Offers 400GB MicroSD Card
