In April 2018, Phoenix area employers had the opportunity to explore best-in-class strategies
to reach the “destination workplace” summit at the Talking Stick Resort. With 35 HR, finance
and operations professionals representing local employers, attendees heard from industry
experts and their peers through featured presentations and panels.
This particular event was part of a series that
extended across the western states at 12 locations
(click the map for more details). By the end,
thousands of Finance and HR professionals came
together to discuss Gallup’s “State of the
Workplace” report, Gallagher’s Benefits Strategy &
Benchmarking “Best-In-Class” report, and other
strategies organizations might utilize to become a
destination employer.
