In April 2018, Los Angeles area employers had the opportunity to explore best-in-class
strategies to reach the “destination workplace” summit at the Petersen Automotive Museum.
With 55 HR, finance and operations professionals representing local employers, attendees
heard from industry experts and their peers through featured presentations, panels, and a
board game!
This particular event was part of a series that
extended across the western states at 12 locations
(click the map for more details). By the end,
thousands of Finance and HR professionals came
together to discuss Gallup's "State of the American
Workplace" report, Gallagher's Benefits Strategy &
Benchmarking "Best-In-Class" report, accountable
care organizations, and other strategies companies
might utilize to become a Destination Employer.
