It is said that from small acorns can come big things. A
young Gaelic Athletic club on the international scene can
fit that bill aptly and none more so than the Regina Gaels
from the province of Saskatchewan in Canada.
Two years ago, four Irish immigrants decided to form a GAA club in the Canadian city
of Regina, a region unfamiliar with Gaelic
Sports. The decision was a good one as not
only has it brought young immigrants together to play their national games in a new
