Darmstadt GAA, a new hurling club at the German college, Technische Universität in Darmstadt, was formed last year but one of the things that separate this club from more Irish diaspora orientated hurling clubs across Europe is that this one is all native, all German. Legal info. The young German club played in its very first hurling tournament last weekend and did well. Its future looks good as this new sport on campus is attracting attention in this rich environment of fit young adults eager to learn new things.
