Since the end of September,
Auckland GAA has been running weekly league games in Ladies and Men’s Gaelic Football,
Camogie and Hurling. In football, five teams lined out in both
codes – Harps, Celtic, St. Pats
Emerald City, Gaels and Marist,
while four took to the field in
Camogie and Hurling – Harps,
Celtic, Marist and St. Pats.
In Ladies Football at Seddon
Fields, Western Springs in midDecember, Harps were crowned
league champions. They had a
superb competition going undefeated through 8 games and
at the end of the league with 16
points were 6 clear of second
placed Celtic.
