Types of food in the coast of Peru

The typical meals of the part of the coast of Peru, is on the marine food because Peru is one of the main producers and fish meal experts in the world. Its wealth in fish, its marine fauna and flora are many. You can also highlight its freshwater riches found in the Amazon River. Each coastal region contains different fauna and flora by which it adapts according to the products of its waters. For example the Chupe de Camarones typical dish from the region of Arequipa, is a thick soup based on fish, shrimp, potatoes, milk and hot pepper. Other typical dishes of the sea food are Cebiche, Choritos a la Chalaca, Tiradito, Milk of Tiger, Parihuela and Escabeche of fish with onion.
